Buying a Type R.

As I said, I don't like civics, but this one caught my eye and would like to purchase it, it has everything, Red leather Ricarro seats, carbon fiber roof, the works. So is there any Honda guys her that would know what to look for, faults, etc as I'm only a Subaru man, thanks.
