Buying a used 360 from Gamestop

Has Anyone ever bought a used console from Gamestop? I'm really thinking about picking up a refurbished 360 next week for about $130 so I can play Forza 3. I am just a little worried about the whole warranty issue if I get it and it decides to die on me a few months down the road. Any feedback on this would be appreciated.

I've bought used consoles from them, but I wouldn't buy a used 360.
