Buying a used copy of GT5...??? Any codes??

Are there any redemption codes or online pass code with this game?

I've been enjoying shift 2, but now want to experience GT5 with my G27 (Just purchased a few weeks ago).

Anyway, shift 2 had redemption code that could but used (only once), does GT5 have anything like this?

Found a used copy of Amazon but states "Includes manual, cover art and case. Full game is included, but bonus content or codes for online play may have been redeemed."

Will I miss anything if I buy a used copy?
 
I dont think ther wil be à problem only if you buy THE signature edition you dont have THE stealth cars or THE chrome line car ...
 
yh as .Jake. said if your buying a Sig edition then you'd get the codes...but as your buying the standard game (probably) you wont get any codes.

but you can trade some of the cars...providing their under 1,000,000 cr
 
OK, so basically i'm not missing anything if I forgo a new copy for a used (except those special chrome line cars)?

And yeah, it will probably be SE since I will be getting the game so late in its life span.
 
I hope its pretty cheap as I wouldnt risk buying a less than perfect disk considering the game requires it to always be inserted to play. Add to that the fact, despite the complaints, that the game has the potential to eat up man years of time. So if you like it you may be using the daylights out of the disk...just sayin :D
 
I bought a used disk off craigslist back in April. It works fine and I saved $20.

I gotcha, but I believe Amazon has a return policy for this sort of thing. I've purchase used games before (with no issue) but I'd rather get a new copy if I’d be missing something; doesn't sound like it though.

The game itself is labeled “like new” for $39.99 shipped. I haven't played since GT4 so I'm hoping it hasn't changed too much...
 
Ps3 games are pretty durable, I have many 2nd hand games and have never had one not work. just saying :p

The reason is though that our dollar is currently above the U.S dollar but our games remain double the price >:/
