Buying the DLC from another country

So im in a bit of a tangle really.

I got the EU version of the game ( Code at the side reads BLES).
But I don't live in the UK. Since PSN requires you to have a credit card with the billing address region same as that of the account, PSN cards are my only hope.

1)So is it a good idea to order EU PSN cards from EBAY?

2)If i download the DLC from the UK store, can I use the DLC on other accounts too? Because my main account is a middle east region one. Thats the account I play the game on.

3)Lastly Anything I need to remember while buying psn cars off people on ebay?

Firstly, I'd try to order instant psn codes from shopto.net, I know they do them. Be careful with eBay sellers but you should be ok.
The DLC once installed will be available over all your accounts on the 1 machine, make sure you get the family pack ;) as long as you use the eu disc.

You could try Amazon. They are one of the cheapest, quickest and most trustworthy online shopping sites out there.
