Buying tires for your cars

I'm fairly new to tuning and stuff like that. I recently bought racing soft tires for my Ferrari and I'm wondering do I have to buy racing soft tires for every care? Or just buying them once I can put them on all cars because I don't have the option of putting it on my other cars.
 
I like the sport tires, R compounds are so sticky, a little to easy.
 
Tires stick to a car, if you buy engine phases, if u sell that car later, you get them back but the tires will be gone. Hope that cleares it up a bit.
 
It kind of did so just to be clear I can't use my Ferrari Racing tires on any other car???
