Hehe my newest creation...

The Monster Stretch!

Mods:

custom headlights, made by me (i'm so proud)
custom taillights
custom license plate (heheh)
Bigger tyres
stiffer shocks
increased weight (i think its about a firetruck and a half-8000kgs)
increased damage resistance
4 wheel drive
Diesel powered
custom paint (jet black, like savalatore's)
light truck rims (i really need to find some new truck rims, big trucks look ugly with 'baller' rims)

i think thats it...

Stuff like this, dont think can be done on the ps2, but you can on the ps2:

change the colors of any car, at rhino damage resistance to any car etc.. the small things really

my next creation will be up in a minute, took about 5 hours to make my new one

i say you messed it up with the raising it you should have lowered it and have the same tyres and rims as your cop car! but its your choice.

Everybody lowers the limo, i got tired of it so i raised it.

Plus in a lowrider, can you run all the cars over and continue on course? i think not

When you do get the pc version, goto

www.gta3mods.com

read the tutorials there.

Then download these programs:

ResHack-for extracting the *.TXD files.
ImgTool- for extracting the texture files(*.bmp) from the*.txd's
CSE-easier tool for editing car stats instead of notepad.

whatever else you decide on.

Just make sure you back up and stuff, and read the tutorials
