Hi,

I'm struggling to get the by the skin of your trophy where you have to win a race with 1% or less fuel it's 1 of the last few trophies I need before I get my platinum. I've been trying the willow springs 10mile challenge but Im not sure exactly what lap I should pit and how much fuel I use. And the race is to short as I always come second. If any one has tips for this trophy that would be great thanks.

Pit when the tyres have very bad grip.. i think its 4th lap...

Fuel and tyre wear are only available during S rank in career mode. Enter the Willow Springs 20 mile challenge and race how you generally would, once you pit the game recommends how much fuel you need to get to the end of the race, deliberately put 3 or 4 litres less than you need and while on the last lap just cruise around. You know you’re nearly out of fuel when the fuel gauge is flashing red. Win the race when the fuel is flashing red and the trophy should be yours!

1: do Silverstone, If I'm not mistaken it's longer/easier to get ahead in.
Pit when needed.
When asked how much fuel, take it down about seven to ten times.
Use it as normal, except on the last lap, which you should play conservatively on.

Worked for me.

I got that trophy yesterday in the Ascari 10-Lap challenge with the LCC Rocket. Fun little anti-eco challenge, but I won by only .9 seconds.

i got it yesterday in Silverstone (Audi R18). I pitted when needed for fuel and added 2 liters less then recommended. I got the red light in the final corner before the finish line.

I got the trophy by accident.

I ran out of fuel in Le Mans 24 Hours, restarted the race, and got the trophy.

I got it on 24 min nurburgring with clk touring car, ran out of fuel at end of the long straight but was enough ahead to win by a good bit finishing at 50 mph. If you're going to try it I believe it had high rpm turbo but no engine upgrade

A (now patched) glitch.

If I deleted all patches would i lose any game data. I tried deleting the patch but it doesn't work. I just tried Silverstone 10lap challenge but only came 6 ill try the 24mins of lemans. Seems easier to do a few tries and I should get it.

You could possibly lose some cars, but the glitch would probably still be there. Before you try that, watch this youtube video and try this:

Also the Willow 20Min Challenge. Use the MP4-12C go easy the whole time but push hard. And lay off the last two laps no pits needed c:

Thanks I will try that tomorrow when I get on. When I deleted the patch it made me start a new save but kept my other one. So I re installed everything to see if it was there and nothing had been deleted. I'm low on cash at the moment so going to grind out the redbull challenges and get some extra cash for that car.

I got the trophy today finally after saving up for the car in the guide it turned out to be easier than I thought. I had to pit twice the second time I filled it up enough to get me around the track since it was the final lap. But I ran out of fuel just before the last corner so I ended up waiting for a car to come round and push me to the finish. I managed to finish 50 seconds in front I enjoyed that challenge might try some other endurance now. The final few trophies I need are to get 100 cars and Autobarmy for plat. Thanks all for the help :).

I won this trophy completely by accident  On the Willow Springs race.
Yeah you can probably try forever to get it and never do, just let it happen. I won it same way, but best odds is to really skimp fuel and try to finish with red fuel.

Grr, seems I'm not a good enough driver to get enough of a lead to be able to run off my fuel before driving over the line. Or I'm just too economical, I don't actually seem to run out of fuel.
