Contest Rules:





  • Entries must be submitted by 7PM U.S. Central Time (GMT -6) Sunday, August 8th. A poll will by created shortly after. I will extend the deadline if we do not get enough entries
  • Entries must be less than 800x600.
  • Each person may only have 1 entry per week.
  • This weeks theme: Abstract (please don't use your entry from the Abstract comp)
Don't have a 3D program? Try Blender3D. Many people can create very good art with this program. It's completely free. I'm sure there are other free 3D programs out there.
 
Meh, isn't that under the list of "abstract". :p Besides, your taking away my business foo!:lol:
 
well, I will have a different theme of Abstract. It's opening week. Maybe I might have a car theme next week.
 
Won't it take longer than a week to make a full car render?
 
I could make a more drawn out theme, but maybe a car part, not the whole car.
 
Yeah, most people couldnt make a full car (i've started like 5 or 6 cars, but only came close to finishing 2 or 3, I Just dont have the time for them
 
just a suggestion dude. 3d modelling is a hell of a lot tougher than photoshopping and after a while, even test renders can take hours to do. Try and have deadlines of 2 weeks rather than 1 week.

If I get time, I'll try to work on something in a while
 
Fine. I can make it 2 weeks, maybe even a month.
 
I tried starting one of these many months ago, but it never took off.

I hope this one takes off and becomes popular, I'll definatly be in.
