I AM NOT DONE TUNING I WILL TUNE THE CARS AND SCHEDULE UNTIL 11:00 PM EASTERN December 7th

C.C.R.L. LONG POST

In this league you will need the listed:
-A microphone or headset and must use it every race
-A wheel and must use it every race

General driving rules: In C.C.R.L. (Clean Competitive Racing League) you must race clean but can still race aggressive and competitive (it’s a fine line. Examples of racing dirty or to aggressive are cutting the track, not respecting the other drivers (spinning them, pushing drivers into walls, leaning on other cars/drivers etc…) if you do not follow these basic race rules you will be penalized

Getting penalized: There are 3 steps to being penalized here.
Step 1.) You will be warned and put on full season probation.
Step 2.) If it continues you will on a full season suspension and will not be able to race in anything in the league for the rest of the season.
Step 3.) If it still continues you will be kicked from the league and will not be able to return.

Event participation: If for any reason you are not going to be able to make an event. You must let me know by a forum, PSN message or if you want I can give you my number and you can text me (just ask me). If you fail to let me know 15 minutes (at the latest) before the race starts you will get a DNF and 0 points for that race.

Pit etiquette: When you are going to enter pit road you must make sure that your path is clear to enter. When you are exiting you must make sure that you’re up to speed and the path is clear before you go back onto the racing line. Swerving in front of oncoming cars to defend or to stop cars from passing you is notallowed. Make sure the drivers around you know that you plan on entering the pit lane to prevent any inference with the racing on the track.

Payback and bumping rules: THIS IS NOT ENCOURAGING BUMPING! IF IT HAPPENS A LOT BY A SPECIFIC DRIVER THEY WILL GET PENALIZED. That being said if someone gets into you hard and isn't honestly sorry you have every right to hit him back. But it doesn't mean you can try and flip him or push him a mile into the dirt. You are however allowed to bump him back and make sure that you don’t like what he did (no different than short track racing in real life) this is only allowed in NASCAR, Touring Cars and Go-Karts. The rest of the series’ (GT500, LeMans, GT6 racing and GT3) are to be raced clean any bumping to wreck or to gain a spot that driver will be penalized. For the ones that race in the tapping allowed series if you want to pay back the driver you are only allowed to deal with him/her in that series. Example: the driver bumps you in NASCAR you are only allowed to pay him back in NASCAR you cannot go over to Go-karts and start hitting him. That is not allowed and if it happens you will be penalized.

Defensive driving and traffic: Leading cars have the right of way to choose their own line down a straight. They can change their racing line once while driving down a straight (move from the outside line to the inside line, or vice versa). As they approach the next corner, they can return to the racing line of their choice, as long as the path is clear. You cannot block if you do block you will be disqualified (and possibly penalized). However the leader has every right to break the draft, as long as the moves made are within the rules.

Leading cars have the right to take their line of choice through corners. Example: they may drive a defensive line around the inside of a corner to protect their position, thereby forcing the attacking driver(s) to try pass on the outside line. This is not blocking and is part of normal racing. Leading driver can drive any line that they feel is the most inconvenient for any following car to try to pass them. But this doesn't mean that the leader can put passing car in the grass, wall or dirt etc… if the passing car is beside the leader the leader must give the passing car room, And vice versa.

Drivers that are about to get lapped have to make sure not to interfere with the people that are trying to lap them. The slower car must pull off the racing line and slow down until the leaders are passed then can go back to driving. If you are the slower car you can follow to learn the line but if there is a battle ahead of you DO NOT get involved it is not your race. If the leader is alone you can try to pass to get your line back but be VERY careful when passing if you screw anything up you will get a DNF and be penalized (depending how bad you screwed up you could be penalized as far as step 2).

Initial fault: If you make a big driving error and driver(s)attempts to capitalize on it, they have every right to do so. Do not try to wreck or get mad at the driver because of your error. You can always protest after the race if you think you've been wronged by notifying me (the owner) by PSN PM ONLY. Do not flood the forum with he said she said business.

Dealing with a wreck: it is the responsibility of the car returning to the track to make sure there are no collisions so that no other drivers have to maneuver or brake suddenly to allow you to resume racing. If there’s a chance of a collision, wait and be patient as other drivers have the right of way.

Seasons: Every season (except this season because of the release date) will run for about 24 (19) racing weeks (first week of November to first week of May), as this league is meant for real racers (I also race) (this does not mean if you don’t race you are not allowed. Everyone is welcome) s o will have no extra time for this from spring to fall.

Cautions: Because GT6 has no cautions (as far as I know at this point) we will have our own.
-in order to have a full coarse caution there will have to be a 3 car or more wreck
-the field will do one lap under caution (unless people plan on pitting then there will be more laps under yellow) and we will go green at the start/finish line
-NASCAR under caution will have a lucky dog if there is a car a lap down
-there will also be wave arounds for all series

sounds fun but I wouldn't be able to make it every night what with my team business, other series I might be interested in, personal life business, plus the always dreaded home work
