Well, they didn't care for the CTS-V, so I doubt they would care for that. Or maybe they couldn't get their hands on one, though it wouldn't make sense for the CTS-V as those are fairly common.
They have the same car from Cadillac as they did in GT4 in the Cien, and they did no work to make it premium. Correct me if I'm wrong but other than Ford, Chevrolet and Shelby no other USA manufacturer has a premium car.

Maybe they didn't think there would be that many 90-year-old women playing the game. Or they couldn't figure out how to make it so that the Caddy's left blinker stayed on constantly. And your B-spec driver's helmet would have to look like an old lady's blue hair...
Relax, I'm just kidding. Although I did have to laugh a bit when Caddy said they were going racing. But the CTS/V *IS* pretty sweet for a big ol' 'Murican sled. I kinda like the wagon version, but that's just me.
