It seems that cafe Press has changed it's terms of service to be slightly more greedy.

So where exactly is Cafe Press used most?

Its a website that will sell merchendise for your site or company. Many companies and websites use that site as a free store for people to buy stuff. The owner of the website or company then makes profit off of what sells.
