Ok, I've just purchased another Toyota 86 to toy around with (I like to keep the initial cars I obtain from DLC stock), and started adding some wheels and wings. Scrolling through the wings, I found that the option a wing is infact the same one found on the real deal car. http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2012-toyota-gt-86/#photo-4637407/

Why couldnt they just model this one on straight away, considering it is on the car to begin with?

Because it is probably a optional item that needs to be paid extra for in the [real] dealership in the first place. I am glad they didn't fit it in the dealer, because if they did we couldn't remove it if we wished.

+1

Yep, it's an option just as Subaru has the rear spoiler as an option on the WRX sedan.

I like the way the 86 look without a wing more than with the optional wing, PD did the right thing keeping it optional in GT5 as well.
