Right, since the PSN still isn't online, I'm going to become a betting shop, You call a bet, stating the car you are betting, and the prize you want if you win.

The bet is on which day will the PSN come back on.E.G

Person bets Citroen C4, wants Focus rally car, for PSN to come back on the 30th.

Win, I send person the prize when I can,
Lose, you send the betting car when you can.

The Dates will be GMT times, so there isn't a loophole using timezones.

I will only accept a bet if i have the car you want to win, and it may or may not be modded, and i will have driven it, so there will be miles on it.

I will also only have 3 bets max per day, so if you want a certain date, you need to book it quick!

Get your bets in.

I'm moving this thread to the Martketplace as it essentially boils down to trading.

I'll also point out that if you (OP) get 65 people betting with you, thats over two months of structured trading that will have to be planned and communicated. I would not want to be the last guy in the queue.

I'll also point out that as this is now in the Marketplace, Marketplace Rules apply to successful/ unsuccessful trades.

Guy walks into a betting shop, says to the shop keeper 'i'll put £10 on horse #2'. Shop keeper says 'actually, I see you have 20 more in your hand so put that on will you as I've had £10 bets all day.
Moral of the story is: bettibg doesn't work like that.

By what you are saying, thats like someone putting in a bet for 1 pound and demanding a win of 1000, no matter the odds. if he bets that car, then the winnings become less, so if he bets that, he gets a car thats worth less than that but equal to the car he bet. if i get a bet i like, then i will do it, no matter the price difference, but that bet is just insane.

Well its not is it. The better didnt change his car bet, you changed the car you would receive if you won which doesn't make sense.
 
If you manage to find 10 people to do this betting thing, you will have a 9 win 1 loose..and still complain about too low value cars people offer you?

What is fair in this world....it is all virtual.....
 
Alright, I'll accept that poor bet now, but only that one. For all other bets cars do need to be around equal value unless I say other wise.

It is being greedy your gonna make about 20 free cars after you give one car away and your complaining because one is not of equal value? I seriously doubt every1 that gets it wrong will send a car espically after not being able to trade for 2weeks they arnt gonna waste it for nothing in return imo.
 
Seriously guys, if you don't agree with what the OP is offering/proposing then just don't post on his thread and if you want to bet then post, there's way too much talk and opinion about what other people do on here ;)

I agree, however calling the OP greedy and saying it isn't fair is just unnecessary IMO :) On this forum you get all the time people posting on threads and saying it's poinless etc... and this again IMO is unnecessary why post if you're not contributing. Anyways i'll shut up now ;)
