The search option doesn't work so I hafta ask. I just watched Hashiriya and Drifter X has some camber on his car. Not too much but there's still some. I thought I was mimicing the D1 drivers when I noticed no camber whatsoever on there cars. I just hardened the suspension or softened it to balance the understeer/oversteer. Now Komatsu says you need camber to drift. Well, I don't have camber on most of my cars and I can still drift. My question is to the real life drifters: do you guys really need camber in order to drift?

You don't NEED camber. But my cars are usually set 3-4 degrees negative.

i'm not sure what you mean by the negative, the lowest the camber can go is 0 isn't it?

i'm probably just misunderstanding you, but i thought i'd ask lol

The game actually kinda backwards with it's camber. Negative camber is when the tops of the wheels point in. In the game there is no negative camber, just positive numbers. So it would be 3-4 in GT3. -3 to -4 in real life.
