The same car on straight in open lobby is slower then the same car in non-internet game.
The same car in a regular game (non-internet) is faster 3-4 seconds per lap.
Example: Super GT 500 GTR NISAN in regular game on Spa is faster then on internet also on Spa.
Can someone answer me if this is possible and how to fix it?

Yes it is. Because in offline mode races the tyre wear is not on. This means that you have optimal grip all of the time on circuit or you have not got optimal grip online because it is slowly deteriating. I hope this answers you. :)

On the straight part is the problem because I have the same downforce is in regular game and in open lobby. But I don't have enough speed on straight. The others are passing me by like I am standing on one place.

Can it be slow internet??

Not hitting the gearing limiter are you?

This questions probably in the wrong place incidentally :)

It could be. If you are manual, there is a point where you start losing performance. It is just before the limiter. I tend to change a little of the redline. :)

I am driving it the same way on the internet and off the internet, on my way to drive. but just on the internet is SLOWER somehow, but i cant find the main reason why because i know how to set up the car and everything else. (for example BMW M4 you cannot modify and it is also slower on internet so i think it's not limiter or tyer or anything like that) Simply on straight i cannot get acceleration.

That's just weird can only assume it's a net issue, how no idea.

I'm thinking that it could be psychology. When facing real competition maybe you get more nervous, or try harder, and that can ruin the flow you have offline when you don't have the same kind of competition.

It could also be that a lot of GT6 players are actually very highly skilled. For someone like me who is more or less average it's easy to think that their cars must be faster, when in fact it's just their driving technique that is so much better than mine.

Did you compare lap times online vs offline? Did you compare top speed? What are the results?

Edit: Yeah, I saw the comparison of Spa just now. Is that in a race against others or did you have a solo run?

Online physics and offline physics are not the same, so yes, you can have differences between the two, regardless of settings or driver.

I've just realised why times are faster off;

It's the tyre/fuel depletion...

Offline - it is off completely, meaning you get perfect grip all of the time you are racing. You never lose grip!
Online - when it is on, your grip is reducing all of the time, meaning you are losing time even on your very first lap!

However, I have not tested offline without tyre/fuel depletion, but who has?

They aren't slip streaming you are they?

But there are even different physics online between free run pre race and the actual race itself. Whether theu have to simplify it slightly for lag purposes i don't know.
