Welcome to the premiere season of the Canadian-American GT Racers Club, where drivers from both countries can compete in a fiercesome contest on the world's toughest tracks! I am crafty_aardvark and I will the president of this new-found racers' organization. Our goal here is to have a good time racing, allow Gran Turismo enthusiasts across North America meet up online and share their racing skills, and simulate real races from across the globe.

RULES
The Can-Am GT Racers Club consists only of GT2-spec cars (you'll see the car choices further down). A few rules do apply to the Can-Am GT Racers Club. They include:
- No profane language
- No dirty/unfair driving
- No quitting mid-race (unless your PS3 has to shut down - please notify a moderator if this happens)
- No bump-drafting
- You must drive like you are in a real race - in other words, don't swerve into other cars, don't drive backwards (duh!!!), don't goof off on the track, and just drive professionally
IMPORTANT: Stupid driving or horsing around in a race is not tolerated. You shall be banned from the series. The main point of this series is realism. So don't spoil it for everyone.
That's pretty much all the rules. Updates will occur in rules, however. Most of the stuff you need to worry about are the restrictions/specs of Can-Am GT Racers Club's online racing.
We will not be racing in public rooms. Who knows who will show up there and ruin our race? We will be racing in my, or, if I'm not available, the moderator's private lounge.
Everyone must follow a strict honor code to not change the specs on their cars, even though I'm pretty sure that's not possible if specs are turned on. If I detect cheating, you will be banned from the series.
You have to be over Level 20 to enter.
SPECS
There will be a ten-minute qualifying session before each race. The starting order will be from these results.

- Fastest First
- Boost Off
- Penalty: Weak
- Automatic Race Start Cycle Disabled
- Race Finish Delay: 120 Seconds
- Grip Reduction: Real
- Mechanical Damage: Strong
- Tire/Fuel Consumption: On
- No Skid Recovery
- No Active Steering
- Driving Line OFF
- No Traction Control (TCS)
- Restricted to certain cars
- Time Progression is "1" on time races
TEAM RACING
There will be teams in the Can-Am GT Racers Clubs. The maximum team driver number is 3, and you will all have to race the same kind of car. If you want to start a team just with yourself, than fine by me. But you still have to come up with a team name like everyone else. The team with the most points per driver is the winner in the team championship.
