Can anyon help me tune an rx7 into a 10 sec quarter?

i have a first gen, second gen and 2 third gens (ones a gtc) as well as a cosmo type E. so u can see i like my rotors.
my second gen does 11.5 in the quarter, can anyone tell me what to do to get it into 10's?
 
I don't do much dragging, but the Cosmo E is slow and overweight; not an ideal drag car despite the fully-modded torque figures. It's a quick car once it gets moving, but not as much so from a rest.
 
yup all the mods have been done to it, its pushing 310hp.
my cuz also has one and he is doing 11.3 in the quarter (so he says)
it has to be the gear ratios, so if anyone knows how to tune them into 10's plz. help.
i have tried it with all the different slicks in the back and i launch in second gear to reduce wheel spin.
before i added the lsd i did 11.9
