i dont know if theres a thread about this yet, and i dont know where else to put this, but can anyone tell me wat the spring rate, the bound and all the settings in the Gran Turismo games are for?? i wanna know this so i can learn how to put the right settings on a car. thank you.

I think the settings forum would be a good place to start looking.

Also, the sticky at the top of that forum is all about suspension tuning, so you'll probably find what you're looking for in there.
