Can I only TT on certain tracks

I'm at D license and thought I'd do TT with the 79 Lotus at Spa but I can't load up that combination of track and car. There are no Practice or time trials to try at Spa.

Does it depend on what events Iracing is running?
The could only TT the F1 Williams at Zandi.

Is there a manual that can answer any future questions I have.

Have had a break from it for a bit and I seem to have forgotten things. Iracing is a bit complicated sometimes.

I think official TT's are only available on the current track for said week.

You could manually do a TT by 'testing' the car on any given track.

Wanted to register a time on the leaderboards but the testing doesn't count.

Just thought I was doing something wrong.

Abit of a pain that, on one 'testing' TT I managed to get in the top 250 times (about 2 seconds of the pace), which I was quite proud of as I consider myself quite slow so far in this game.

Yet as it was a 'test' session I did not submit a time.
 
Testing and Time Trials are nothing alike, a Time Trial is setting the fastest average lap over a given number of laps.
