Can I run Left 4 Dead 2 With a GeForce 6150SE nForce 430?

Forgetting about the .4 extra GHZ I need, could I run it with this card? I can run borderlands with it by changing the settings, and I'm sure I can if I change the settings in the Nvidia Control Panel. What would you say: Could I run it? If not, could you tell me why?

That is what I used. I ment to ask if it could, in theory run, laggy or not.
