Can I Transfer a replay or ghost lap to another ps3

Is it possible to record and transfer a ghost lap from my ps3 to a friends? If so then how. I am trying very hard to do it with no success. If not a ghost lap, is there a way to just transfer a lap in general to be viewed in another ps3?

I would like to share some ghost laps I achieved on different tracks in training mode, so that friends can race against my ghosts and vice versa. Thanks!
 
You need to go into the replay theatre in GT5 and use the export button (Bottom left-ish). This then puts the replay into the gamesaves section of the XMB. From there it can be transferred to USB and transferred to another PS3.

Once it's in the XMB of the other PS3, you need to import it to GT5.

That's all from memory (as I'm at work) but it gives you the general idea.
 
Thanks. It´s a shame, that there is no way to do that ingame...
