Can i use any 64 bit graphics card on 32 bit windows 7 os?

I'm sorry for not understanding what you want to say but in my knowledge there isn't such a thing as a 64bit GPU. Only the drivers due to which GPU connects to OS need to be chosen accordingly to the OS. For example 32bit OS-32 bit GPU drivers.

Almost all graphics cards are compatible with either 32-bit or 64-bit systems with the correct driver support. So you should not worry about it.
