Can non-us players participate in seasonal events?

[GTP_Wedge]

sorry, i'm sure this has been asked before

the reason I'm asking is because when I try to do the seasonal events it tells me to go on playstation network.com or whatever and register

yet it doesn't let me register on that site... it tells me i'm invalid

I don't get it

Any region can access the Seasonal Events, however you must be signed/registered on PSN to access them.

You need to be 18 or over to register on the PSN site. Here's the link, just follow the instructions.
