'can not load' and 'failed to sign in' messages

guys, im about to 🤬 lose it. :banghead: i have a galaxy tab 3, im trying to transfer tracks to my game, but i just keep getting failed to sign in messages, even though i sign in fine when it takes me to the psn screen.
ive tried restarting the tablet, like some forum members in other threads have done, but nothing is working!

is there anyone else with this issue, or anyone that can point me in the right direction??

PS:
my brother has a galaxy tab3 lite and everything work fine on his.
 
Do you also have the Playstation/PSN app? if yes, uninstall it.

Transfer should then use the browser for signing in and it will work correctly.
 
Uninstall the PS app if you have it.

Even with that error you get further than I do and I'm getting more than annoyed at this issue that I'm facing since I'm one of very few who are facing this error
 
alright!!
ive gotten it to work, i did, however, have to re-install the track creator, so therefore lost my tracks, but it now works fine and i have made the canberra 400 track. !!
