That is, if each sender uses a different PSN associated with a different PS3?

Also, can one receive a car from a different account on the same PS3, then receive another car the same day from the third PSN account from the second PS3?

One per ps3 everyday, can be sent.

Actually thats one per PS3 and Only 1 per account too :) 👍

So if you have 3 PS3's you need to send from 3 different accounts

However receiving is not a problem, inbox fills at 50 items, clear and start receiving again :) 👍

Your title and question confuse with each other.
But to answer your questions.

I have 2 PS3 plus 2 accounts, Meaning I can send 2 cars.
Unlike what you may be thinking that I have 2 accounts and each account could send from both PS3s. Meaning four cars to send per day?
NO its one account on 1 PS3 per day. All other accounts have to send from another PS3.:D
Now to clarify the other point you can receive has many cars has people are sending you per day. So if you have 100 hundred friends in the game they could all send you a car?
Bye for now.:)
