Can somebody post an FAQ thread about Photochopping?

can we have a Photochoppin for dummies thread? maybe veterans can teach n00bs some tricks of the trade? for example, maybe give help on how to make tires the illusion of the tires spinning? i tried it and it looks like crap.

I wrote one of these a while ago. Here's how to get to it:
Go back to the index of this forum (Digital Art Help), and click on the "LOOK HERE BEFORE YOU ASK" thread (it's sticky and the very first thing you should see). Then, click on the link "Beginner's Guide to Photoshopping by Jpec07". This will teach you the very basic beginning steps to photoshopping that can be taught (I wrote this shortly after the pinnacle of my photoshopping career to today).
