Can someone create a mod to GTPSP with some circuits from GT3?

Hello everyone
I wanted to ask about the possibility of adding some tracks from GT3 to GTPSP. My dream is to see mod to GTPSP with these tracks from GT3
My wish list
-Special stage route 11 (only map in GTPSP files)
-Special stage Route 5 (maybe GT4 VERSION,ONLY MAP )
-Complex string (hidden track but unfinished , i want to see finished version,like all of these tracks)
And maybe George V paris from Gran turismo 4

I see your point. Tracks like SSR11 are leftover from GTPSP. You better tell somebody who can mod this, but’ll take for awhile to pend

I asked Nenkai who made Master mod for GT5 but said he doesn't mod gtpsp
