can someone edit these .gifs?

i need to know if anyone here can do me a favour and resize these .gifs and reduce the filesize.

i need one of each at 100x100 and under 35840 bytes (for here)

and i need one of each at 64x64 and under 10k. the largest demension MUST be 64 pixels, reduce size by marginally decreasing quality (which can be done in photoshop) thanks.

EDIT: i just realised the skull is 100x75, so i only need a 64x64. thanks again.

EDIT2: i just realised that the skull is 39144 bytes, it needs to be under 35840 bytes. thanks for the 7th time.
