I basically need these few codes converted, because I'm admitably too stupid to
figure out how to do it, myself. They are the common HP multiplier codes...
I just get tired of racing the same old high Hp cars to compete and want to have
fun racing around in smaller, normally low HP cars, but still have a chance to win.
