hi,
sorry for posting a lot but can some one help me improve/check my tune for my Nissan gt-r black edition 2012 it currently runs 9.040 in 1/4 mile with 954 hp but i want to hit the 8 second mark

However if you don't feel like learning the basics of drag tuning there are existing tunes which you are free to use, Here. However these are Base tunes meaning that they aren't the best and require you to do improvements.

Get rid of that Toe man! front and rear 0.00

As for your transmission. Your final is as it should be, and 171 is a good max speed

But re-flip your transmission on the minimum Top Speed which is 124. as you see yours is currently flipped at 180

You've haven't been here for 2 years dealing with it either. People have to want to help themselves or we won't help. If you don't like it, too bad. The guides have what we would post anyway so directing him to help is the right thing to do.

i second this, we arent going to just put up hours upon days upon months of hard work to get these results, thus we give them the tips we had to figure out BEFORE THERE WAS SSRX and trust me it was soooo much funner before ssrx, because people couldent ask for an 8 second tune. it was always hey wow your fast any tips? not, holy crap you run 8 seconds? gimme your tune!!!!! so these guys put over HALF A YEAR of information atleast for you to read ALL of it in 5 MINUTES! now not only that, but if you cant do THAT, they even went out of their way to make base tunes to TEACH YOU, not just HAND YOU THEIR BEST NUMBERS. this is why it is this way.

well true they did ask for tunes i always said no, ill help you learn and normally they would gladly accept any help i could shoot them. that's what i try to do here, not just point out base tunes or give away whole gearboxes.

They're the only settings necessary to run in the low 8.91's. Launch with RPM hitting about 7000-8000RPM and shift as close to 8000 as you can using manual transmission. Good luck.👍

2) If you look at the criticism from "1/4 Mile Transmission Tuning" and "Dr_Slumps Drag Tuning Bible" it's all positive, ruling out your opinion of them being "useless threads"

3) I don't know if your screen only allows you to see 2 lines at I time but I did post a link to existing tunes, which includes a Nissan Gt-r R35 Black Edition 2012 which does under 8 seconds.

El Niño and La Nina.. One brings drought for 7 years (may be wrong) and the other brings rain/monsoon weather for 7 years (again, may be wrong). Then every 10 years (probably wrong again ) they switch around. Australia had severe drought during early 2000's but now we have had quite bad flash floodings.
