I did 51 races in sports mode and haven't received trophy... Id like to get platinum so can someone please help

Firstly, you're required to complete 50 races. Starting them isn't enough. If you disconnect or quit, they don't count. Potentially if you time out (far enough behind the leader that you don't register a time as the clock counts out) too.

But it's also a notoriously fickle one. Just complete some more races; it'll pop.

ok thanks, I don't rage quit and don't time out, as you can see I finished top 5 in 44 out of 51 races

Which leaves seven other races, and no way of knowing what happened in them so no reason to exclude any possibility.

Additionally, I did a Toyota GR GT Cup race once where the winner was so far ahead that everyone from third down timed out.

Well, certainly there may be a bug. In my experience, i had 65 top 5s in like 75 races, but just got the trophy when i was in the 80s races started, and at least 70 completed.

ffs... I mean I like sports mode but I'm on ds4 atm and don't feel like trying out until game eventually gives me trophy.. thanks for info tho

Nothing like that happened to me, also just in last 2 days I finjshed 3 times 7th place..so best guess if it's correct, idk what jappened with 4 races

don't bother with the trophy, it will pop out someday, and continue to race in sport mode, or you were planning to stop completely ?

I was planning to stop because on ds4 I'd have to really try hard to get to A ranking.. Im stuck im middle of B.. I'll continue if I buy wheel again because I'm just not competitive on ds4..

ps guys please delete or leave.. everyone was correct, It popped after 53 races.. and obviously I had 3 DC races... so it's probably not bugged..
