Can Someone Tell Me What Just Happened?

A few minutes ago, I bought the DLC bundle, but only the GT Academy theme and GT500 Arta were added to my cart. I booted up GT5, and none of the cars were in my car delivery. Yet I looked at my transaction history, and it says that I bought the DLC, and my wallet was emptied. Does anyone know how I can get my cars?

Is that all regions? I'm guessing not, because I never got them, but maybe I lucked out - I missed the PSN+ DLC discount also.

i did that and thought i havent bought it properly so i bought it again so ive ended up with 2 of everything lol
