Can stealth cars be borrowed? If they can, can i borrow one?

Hey dudes, i've always been a huge fan of audi le mans. I really love the audi r10 in the game even though its not the fastest. A few weeks ago i saw the r10 stealth, fantastic looking car. And i was wondering.

Can stealth cars be borrow? - If yes - Can i please try borrowing one? Just to see how it is to drive and take some pictures? :)

I know they could'nt be traded ;) Tried to give a friend of mine my M3 crome line a few weeks ago but could'nt :(
 
Putting the car up for sharing but no borrowing is really PDs way of saying "this person has this car and you can't have it." Not that I have an issue with that but still.

Putting the car up knowing that nobody can borrow it is the owner`s way of saying: "Naaaah nananaaaahhh naaah. Neener-neener - I have one and you even can`t touch it."

Sad :/ I really dont get it why they have putted the Pug from '10 in the game but not the R15... Well i know that Pug is sponsered by PS3 but still... That kind of ass licking is not good :D Screw all the french **** and lets see some good german quality ;)
