can t access fastest laps section

What do I have to do? is it some option in my browser, or do I need to be granted acces by the administrators.
edit: also, the link for the weekly race series, ( https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=61469 )
I get rejected from the site, saying I don't have the privileges.

NO! you need to search for your question. You vreated a thread why can't you acces a certain page. You need to search for that. NOT fastest laps. If you have a certain problem like this, simply PM a mod, or Jordan.
