Considering that these aren't parts that come with the car, I would assume that the answer to your question is "yes."
I don't think PD would allow you to put a turbo on it though. That's just heresy.

i clicked the link, just didn't read the whole thing. Sorry. Bought the car anyway, it can be tuned in a surprisingly large amount of ways. it can even be painted! Thanks anyway.

Everything can be upgraded on it except for nitrous, toe and camber adjustment, changing wheels, driver number, and changing out aero parts.
