It's cost is below $1mil, but I'd bet a cheesesteak wit wiz that they can't be traded.
If, by some small miracle, they actually can be traded, would someone be willing to trade one for a chrome paint? (seeing how GT5 is pretty much going away soon ... besides, you could just do a restore and never even lose the car)
