Can we ever see a Car Creator mode?

In the 2001 PS2 game Super Car Street Challenge, there was the Steve Saleen Styling Studio where you could customize your own super car. I was wondering if we could ever see something like that in GT6 or any other GT game. You could choose from an array of car chassis, engines, drivetrains, ect.

Original Sega GT had it and also Apex Racing IIRC

I wholeheartedly support Kit Car options.

It should be endorsed by selected manufacturers and I think it would add a tremendeus value to the spirit of GT series.

Original Sega GT did this in a surprisingly simple way, and it was amazing.
