Can we have more freedom with the course maker?

I was dissapointed with the course maker because you can never get what you wanted to make, I wanted to be able to choose how long a straight can be, change the angle of a corner, elevation of the track at different points and at least how many corners there will be. What it actually lets you do is choose whether a sector is easy or difficult. It's pretty much just a course generator.
 
Basically just keep trying at different combinations and sometimes you can pick some very good layouts. :dopey:
I also want more freedom to create some IMO good tracks but ... it is as it is. :indiff:
 
Remember that the Course Maker wasn't really designed as a user function - it's there to allow the game to create random point-to-point stages.

The user front end for the CM is really just a bonus so overall it's not too bad. It would be good if we could share courses...
