Can You fix the Clock?

I am not sure if the new PS3's have the same problem, but my First gen unit, with four USB Ports, always says the Clock is wrong. Can't remember if there is a fix for it. Only game that has this problem. I mean it's connected to the internet. How does it not know the correct time?

Maybe check if you still have Daylight Savings still on?

You adjust it from the XMB, not in GT5. Go to settings--> date and time settings. (XMB is the PS3 "desktop")
