Can you get DLC for free?

I just thought has any one tried getting the dlc for free because you might be able to borrow glitch the dlc cars and then someone could shear the dlc tracks by the track creator.

I am not sure about this. Can someone confirm this works please?

Apart from you can't get the paints on their own so it will be a demo of the DLC.
