Is it possible to get an Aston Martin V8 Vantage 1999 in GT4? It is listed on the car list for the full game but not on the lists of unlocakble cars, and neither is it available to buy. Is it only available on regional versions of GT4 and not the European one, or is it something else?

comes up in the used car lots.
can't remember when it comes out.
check out one of the threads on used cars and what their rotation is
 
Have a look in the read this beforeyou ask FAQ's thread, theres a link or two to some used car lists it's in the late 90's used car section and appears a few times, I've got two.
