Can you gift things on the Apple Store?

I think this is the right place. Anyway can you gift things like paid games to other apple accounts? I've sort of blocked myself from buying anything on the App Store. I don't know my personal questions, nor do I know the account it send reset things to. m*****@xxxx.com I can't for the life of me work that out.
 
If you want to gain access to your account, call apple.

You will need to provide details of owership
Think credit card is main one,
possibly registered devices S/N

Well I don't have a credit card on there as I've never bothered too much with apps.

Nope, never paid for a game but the first time I tried it said "you need to answer these PIQ" It was my first car and my favourite car and I didn't ever remember answering them. When I tried to chose forgot them it gave me an email to an account called m*****@xxxx.com.
 
All iTunes accounts are linked to a credit or debit card.

I don't think you can gift stuff to an account. I could be wrong on this though.
