Hey guys, I'm new to the gran turismo franchise, I'm coming from forza 3.. where I considered my self a pretty solid driver... I didn't win much online but I loved hotlapping and did pretty well. Now.. this game im off to a bit of a rough start..
I just got my 3rd car, I'm aspec lvl 15, (last night I discovered that you could do the same race over for money and xp lolz)
Cars are : fordgt, 599gto, and a 98 300z I use for drifting.
So I did my first online actual race last night.. ended up in a 500hp lobby using a stock gtr with default tires etc... got killed. Was a track I haven't come across yet, and the driving line isn't as helpful in this game as it was in forza 3 (I kinda like that though).
So I was braking where I didn't need to and people were blowing by me.
ANYWAYS for my question...
[TL;DR] - can somebody give me one or two decent benchmarks to hit on a track with HP/Weight restrictions,
Also what are a few popular tracks i should work on that are commonly raced in online play?
Any tips will also be appreciated, thanks guys =)
