I just wonder if there is a certain key or something that makes it possible to use the horn on a car; I have heard some use it, but I really wanna know, if someone know the key to do it? Please help! I already have tried to look in the controls setup, but I found nothing :(

Thanks in advance.

P.S. I think there just MUST be a key to that function...

Go to controller settings and assign a button.

The standard controller set up is for L3 to be assigned to the horn - push the left stick into the controller.

It isn't standard in gt6 you have to configure it in controller settings

Not default, I mapped it to R3 recently.

Okay guys, but it's not working, and I have tried everything of what you says, and it won't work. But thank you anyway for attempting to help me with that little problem :D

It should work if you are doing it right.

Okay. I'll give it a try anyway...

Thank you, it actually works now! I think it's because last time I tried it out, was an older version of the game... :D

I'll grade this thread an E Sharp. (Yeah)
Try beeping in C# Major  .

Alright let's get this thread back on topic without derailing it...

Make an open lobby with 7 cars:

Car 1: C#
Car 2: E# (F)
Car 3: G#
Car 4: F#
Car 5: A#
Car 6: B# (C)
Car 7: D#

And then you have a car choir that can beep in chords :D

I'd love to see someone do that :)

I've had it mapped since day 1. ;)

The key to horns is;

a) livery editor
b) bumper stickers.

At least then you know why people are honking.

On second thought, technically we're not derailing since we're talking about what key we can beep in  .

Any musicians want to attempt this with me? I'm going to try this 👍 .

The Logitech GT wheel makes it easy. It actually has a horn on the wheel. I don't use it much though.

Yeah, but what about on a steering wheel? Do u know?

Read here, select your wheel (or nearest option if your wheel isn't there), and view or change your buttons.
