Can you race kart tracks in Arcade?

Hi. Title is self explanatory. I'm talking about the kart tracks used in the karting special event. I want to race these split screen with a buddy, but they aren't there to be selected. Is there something to unlock this or am I out of luck?

When racing the AI on the Kart tracks, you can only use Karts. In time trial and online, however, you can use any vehicle you want.

Edit: Looks like I got ahead of myself there. I think the tracks used in the special event are from the course creater, with the exception of the last one, which is the "Autumn" track.
