Can you race online by track?

Since I dont know most of the tracks in Forza well enough to play them online. How can I find a lobby that does not change the tracks constantly? Is my own private lounge the only answer? Would others be likely to join it that I don't know?

My advice would be to play the single player and learn the tracks that way, you will find some lobby's where they stick with a certain track but they are very rare. Plus if you set up your own lounge not many players will stay in if its the same track over and over, I no I wouldn't anyway.
