Can you "re-gift" cars?

I did a search (because I'm sure this has already been asked), but didn't see any threads on this ... and I figured the marketplace was the best place for this question, so ...

Is it possible to "gift" a car from your garage that you were given as a gift?

Cool. I was reading that blacklist before. Funny how there are plenty of cars under $1mil that still can't be traded. Let me ask you this ...

What is it that determine's the car's worth? Is it the price that the car will sell for (from your garage)? Or is it something else?

For instance, I'm looking at a used Abt Audi TT-R Touring Car '02 in the OCD right now, at a price of $976,805. You mean to tell me that this car would be "untradeable" when it never even cost me a mil to buy??

That makes no sense. I wish I could sell a used car in real life and get the "new car value" for it.

I guess they completely tossed the meaning of the word "worth" out the window.

P.S. I realize that all this has probably been discussed a thousand times already (I'm new to this site/forums) ... so thanks.
