Can you really put these effects in your pics using photo mode or have these pics been modified after on a computer?

Considering the watermark is unaffected, I would say it was done in-game. I wouldn't bother, though.. I can get far more control over any effect I can dream of in Photoshop.. I'm not depending on the game to do anything other than render the base image.

if it is than no one has found that option yet...except that ONE persion. I think they are chops, fakes, whatever, but I could be wrong.

They all look like they were modified on the computer. The watermark is infact modified in the second and third images, while it looks like whoever did that effect in the first one just made sure there was a rectangular mask around the watermark.
