Can you share your Livery with other players?

Is there a way to use Livery from other players?

I went into the Decal and was looking to see if I can use some Liveries from other players but found nothing. Is there a place to go to use Livery from other players or download them?

here to look for liveries:

https://www.gran-turismo.com/pt/gtsport/user/discover/overview

Then go into the garage > select the car you want to apply a livery > click the livery button > go to the "collection" (where all the liveries you get from other people are stored) and apply the livery.
