can you turn of blurry gauges?

When using the helmet view I don't like the gauges getting all blurry. Is there a setting to turn this off? I tried a few different settings but gauges always get blurry.

 

Helmet depth of field, yes you can turn it off

Is this set-able on PS4 or only on PC version, can't find it on ps4?

 

Options -> camera -> movement

 

Oh, ok, not field of view motion blur then, that makes more sense.
